I stumbled across this on eBay, and had to buy it. It appears to be a novelty GPS Receiver, with the PCB arranged as an ambulance.
This board appears to be based very closely on the SVeeSix-CM2 module. when images of the two boards are overlaid, the functional parts are almost indentical.
